AVCiT Powers Singapore OCBC Bank's OCC with IP based KVM Solution: A Technical Breakthrough

With accelerating economic integration in Southeast Asia, OCBC faced critical demands for cross-regional collaboration. To address these challenges, AVCiT delivered a customized IP based KVM solution for their OCC, deploying more than 200 nodes across Singapore’s headquarter and Cyberjaya branch.
The system provided by AVCiT enables seamless cross-regional collaboration and intelligent management.
1. With ASE (AVCiT screen encoder) technology based on H.265, the solution achieves 4K video streaming with bandwidth consumption reduced as low as 4-20Mbps, plus low latency ≤31ms .
This adjustment ensures smooth performance both in visual and audio, especially when real-time video conferences and remote training are conducted between the head office and branch, or financial transaction data transferring, breaking geographic barriers
2. Aggregated with over 200 video sources across head office and branches, the OCC is equipped with AVCiT’s integrated solution to be a unified resource management center. The intuitive and visualized system not only simplifies the physical structure but also streamlines the work flow for operators . AVCiT’s IP based KVM system
easily adapts to different protocols such as RTSP,GB/T28181 and etc., enabling seamless integration of existing IP cameras or legacy infrastructure
provides valuable inter-connectivity within branches. Operators can manager cross- platform systems via a single interface- AVCiT's OSD, pulling video streams from different branches and deploying fast decision for critical moments right after quick analysis on videos
3. The fully distributed architecture prevents single point of failure which is vital for every data processing phase during finance services. Operators from different branches can
visualize what is happening from other branches,especially when a huge amount transaction is undergoing
real-time preview and monitor any source, what you see is what you GET
drag-&-drop control to switch source and manage controller video wall layout
communicate with each other only by clicking the Chat or Video-call button
